Your payment confirms your production slot and timeline — not the final product. Within 48 hours of ordering, you receive a full digital mockup. We do not produce a single piece until you explicitly approve that mockup.

No. Just send us your logo — JPG, PNG, or PDF works perfectly. Our design team handles placement, sizing, and colour matching for the product you've ordered.

Yes. One round of revisions is included free with every order. We'll work with you until the design is right before moving to production.

Minimums are kept low by design. Custom T-shirts start from just 5 pieces. Magnetic badges and pens start from 10 pieces. UV DTF stickers start from a minimum of 40 pieces.

Yes, always. A GST invoice is included with every order. Share your company GSTIN at checkout or on WhatsApp and we'll add it to your invoice.

7–14 business days after mockup approval, depending on your order size and delivery location. We send a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
